Martin Custom Shop 00-17 - 1930'S #5

This is an amazing Martin Custom Shop guitar that Bailey designed with the Martin Custom Shop.  He really nailed it and continues to refine this model with each one we build.  Every detail of this guitar, with the exception of adding an adjustable truss rod, is true to 17 style guitars  Martin was producing in the 1930's.   It is based on the highly desirable 1930’s era 00-17 14-fret guitar. It is Mahogany top, back, and sides with Adirondack Spruce bracing. It features a modified V neck profile with a standard taper with a 30’s style heel. The fingerboard and bridge are Guatemalan rosewood.
