Martin 0000-28H AG Arlo Guthrie Alice's Restaurant 30th Grand Auditorium 14-fret 0000/M. This is truely a unique piece as Martin only made 30 of these back in 1997. This one is number 19 of the run. It features the Martin M style body that is a thinner body depth Jumbo. It was constructed using a solid Sitka spruce top, solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, round soundhole with three-ring Style 45 rosette (5/9/5 grouping with a large center ring of abalone pearl), grained ivoroid binding, bold herringbone top inlay, B/W back inlay, Style 45 back purfling, mahogany neck, 14/20-fret ebony fingerboard with circles and arrows, 12-13th and 16th fret "Alice"s Restaurant 30th," and 20th fret Arlo Guthrie signature inlays, solid East Indian rosewood headstock overlay with raised gold logo with an engraved pearl representation of Alice's restaurant peghead inlay, three-per-side chrome Schaller tuners with large ebony buttons, solid Brazilian rosewood belly bridge, white bridge pins with pearl dots, tortoise color pickguard, label hand-signed by C. F. Martin IV and Arlo Gutherie, Natural polished gloss finish with Vintage Toner top, 25.4 in. scale, denim-covered case included, limited edition run of 30 instruments, These were only made in the summer 1997. We just got this back from the Martin Guitar Factory Repair Shop where it underwent restoration work. The work performed included a bridge reset, top crack repair, a neck reset, refret and plek setup and polish. The repair work is top-rate and this guitar looks, sounds and plays amazing. Please see the pics for the few imperfections we found during our inspection process. This is an extremely rare instrument and a true gem of a guitar.
